As your much-awaited journey with Trip book begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure: Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure) Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai / Loknete D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Upon arrival at Jaipur Airport, your Trip book Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary. Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point. Your Trip Book Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you. Important Notes: • For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost. • To avail of the group airport transfers: • Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport. • Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time. • On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer. • Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later. • If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time. • In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Trip Book  will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any. • We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour. • Always keep Trip Book emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey. Upon arrival, we proceed to Mandawa - a quaint little town in a heart of Shekhavati region popularly known as Open Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan. The town is replete with paved Archways, Magnificent Havelis and Fortresses. Today we visit Mandawa fort, decorated with paintings of Lord Krishna and adorned with artistic carvings and amazing mirror work.
